It deals with analysis of banking services, mostly from marketing point of view, and the aim is, to recommend improvements of banking services for private clients in the Czech Republic. The purpose of the thesis is, to analyse the differences between czech and british banking services for private clients and to create recommendations for banks and their clients to increase the satisfaction of the clients.

Cross-platform performance testing of open source PBX FreeSWITCH

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the open source private branch exchange FreeSWITCH. The thesis describes the process of installation and consecutive configuration of the telephone system on various distributions of platforms Windows and Linux. Emphasis is placed on comparison of the performance between these systems and also the quality of calls as well as transcoding functionality. Specifically, the performance of the telephone system is tested while using the SIP protocol. Thesis also contains an introduction into the subject and a brief description of the FreeSWITCH architecture and its functions and capabilities.

In the theoretical part of thesis is deal with brief history of prostitution, it’s developement as in europian measure so as in the territory of present land of Czech Republic, also deal with current situation of legally-taxation treatment. The practical part of thesis is focus on comparation of mention threatment with another europian countries and at the same time suggest how the new threatment can look like or how the old one might be innovated.

Cílem diplomové práce je popsat a porovnat tyto faktory na obou trzích za účelem jejich ohodnocení a navržení kroků ke zlepšení situace. Úspěšné a perspektivní stránky jednoho trhu jsou brány jako vzor pro nástroje, které by zlepšili situaci na trhu druhém.

Android vs Bada

This thesis deals with comparison of two mobile device platforms Samsung bada and Google Android, primarily from a point of view of native application development. Native applications features, graphics and media support as well as developer tools are compared. As a part of this thesis, an application was created - a variety of a classic Snake game. This text describes design of this application, differences in the implementation, and discusses possibilities of application porting between the platforms.

Evaluation of Ultralight Aircraft Production in the Czech Republic

The final bachelor’s thesis analyses the status of Czech producers of ultralight aircrafts to foreign markets and evaluates their production. It describes the history and emergence of ultralight aviation in the Czech Republic and the emergence of the Light Aircraft Association, which administers ultralight aircrafts. The work contains the definition of light aircrafts, both for the Czech Republic and the U.S. and Europe, also includes a catalogue of ultralight aircrafts from Czech producers. There are examples of the development of the largest Czech producers of ultralight aircrafts and also they are compared to their foreign competitors on the U.S. market of Light-sport Aircraft category LSA.

Asterisk VoIP private branch exchange and its distributions

This master’s thesis delves into the possibilities of the open-source Private Branch Exchange Asterisk, elaborates on its features and compares it with several other distros. The term SIP stack is explained here with the mention of two of its representatives. Further in the thesis, the security risks of the VoIP technology are explained, and specific attacks are described and then realized. As a part of the testing process, the possibilities of a custom module and its following implementation are explored, as well as the portability between the individual distros and its proper functioning.

Performance Evaluation of Graphics Accelerator

This paper deals with possibilities and functions of modern graphic accelerators and with measuring performance under OpenGL interface. Widespread algorithms to render scene in real-time are used. It focuses on how to test every part of accelerator's graphic pipeline as well as measure performance in rendering of advanced effects and theoretical speed at general purpose calculations through graphic processor. This testing is realized by implementing multiple test series and their further evaluation. Final application enables setting of test parameters and outputs a score, by which is possible to judge accelerator's performance in comparison among themselves.

Comparison of Accuracy of Siri, Cortana and Google

The aim of this thesis is to compare the accuracy of translation of spoken word into text using several services. Primary it is about applications from Apple Inc., Microsoft Corporation and Google Inc., but there is also included several others, mostly available on-line. This document contains a descriptionn of the problem, analyzes the progress for each service. Subsequently, the test results are analyzed and compared with the reference outputs. In conclusion, there is a discussion of these experiments.
